3. RETURNS POLICY


We offer a very simple and easy 10 days return policy to you. You can conveniently return any item (check the return item list below) and avail refund, within 10 days from the date of delivery.


Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.


In the case of merchandise, returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

All items purchased from LIFTUNE (except brief accessories, cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes and free items) can be returned for full refund within 10 days from the date of shipment (as recorded by the shipping provider). The entire refund amount will be credited back into your LIFTUN account in the form of promo code.


Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused returned within 10 days and not consisting of brief / accessories, cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes and free items.


In case of self shipped returns, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in your account towards shipping costs in the form of promo code. This will be done post the quality check.
Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.


A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.

Before you return an item, please contact our fashion care team either by calling on ‘’ or by e-mailing at ‘…..to obtain a Reverse Pick Up (RPU) Ticket Number. Please have the below information ready before you call or mention them in your requested email –

Once you receive your RPU Ticket Number, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure that the Return Form is completely filled and dropped inside the packet.


*Return Form is a simple and easy to fill form that allows you to return the received shipment back to LIFTUNE. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel; along with your order. If you have lost your return form then click here to print off a new one.

Credit Returns
Refund amount for all returned items will be credited to your ‘LIFTUNE Account’ only in the form of Promo Code. For each returned item, a promo code will be issued. You may check the issued Promo Codes under ‘Promo Codes’ section by clicking on ‘My Account’ on visiting ‘www.liftune.com.

Shipping Policy
We, at  LIFTUNE know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and also at your expected time, so we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible.
Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 5-7days.
For an order of Rs.750 and above, the order will be delivered at your door step free of cost.
For an order of Rs.749 and less, a shipping charge of Rs.50 will be applicable
The whole order amount including shipping charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
Shipping charges will not be refunded if you cancel a part of the order.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded if you return an order delivered to you. If you self-ship the products you want to return, the shipping charges will be reimbursed based on LIFTUNE Returns Policy.
Cancellation Policy
LIFTUNE.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Cash On Delivery Policy
As per the Cash on Delivery policy:
A 'Cash on Delivery' order is placed only once verified by LIFTUNE Customer Support via mail/telecom.
To avail C-o-D Service, all the items in the cart should be applicable for C-o-D.
Promo Code discounts is not allowed on a C-o-D order.
C-o-D is applicable on a minimum purchase of Rs. 200 and maximum of Rs. 50,000 only.
Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, online order has to be placed.
You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
If the product is open, do not accept the order.
Promo Code for Cash back will be generated in 3-4 weeks post receiving the payment made at the time of delivery. This could be done only, when the payment receipt is confirmed.
No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Using Cash Back & Promo Codes/Coupons
Cash back Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
LIFTUNE.com reserves the right to cancel any promotional 'Promo Code' and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)
Cash back and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at LIftune.com. This means, if Promo Code is used in an offer, Cash back cannot be generated.
