Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment:

You can cancel the order online or by speaking with our helpdesk at +91 75063 79726 where order is yet to be shipped. Money paid by you will be refunded to you.

Cancellation post shipment:

If the order is shipped but not delivered, to cancel such order/ orders, please get in touch with our Customer care.  Do not accept the delivery of the order. We will refund the money paid by you, once the order is received back by us, as per below Refund policy included.


Return Policy

We are starving to provide you the best shopping experience at Liftune and allow no questions asked return policy.
Please get in touch with our helpdesk at +91 00000 00000 or write to us at within 2 days of receiving the order ,in case you necessitate to return the shipment,. After that, please ship the products to following address within 10 days of receipt of the products:

Liftune, Top Floor, Plot No.156/161 Tulsi Shyam Gorai-1, Borovali (West), Mumbai 400092 

Products return will be valid only if the products are received by us in its original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

We ensure shipments to go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our facilities, however, in very odd cases, the products might get damaged during shipment or in transit. We provide free returns if you have received damaged or incorrect products. We will reimburse the actual shipping cost incurred by you or Rs.100 (whichever is less) for such orders returned by you.

If you change your mind after receiving the products, you can also simply return the products in such cases and don’t want to keep them. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by you. In addition we will charge Rs.50 per returned order as handling and forwarding charges.

Refund will be processed once the returned items are received at us and verified by us.  


Refund Policy

In case of payment through credit card / debit card or net banking, then we refund to same account.

In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) payment, we will issue the cheque in the name and address as specified in billing details.

There is one time use for Discount vouchers and shall be considered as utilized even if you cancel the order.

In case of redemption of Loyalty points by through for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in case of order cancellation by you.
